Drilling through rocky formations can lead to the caving of weak formations in a borehole.
To prevent this issue, UDT presents Casing pipes with connectors. During the drilling of oil and gas wells, It becomes necessary to line the walls of a borehole with a steel pipe which is called Casing. The casing supports the well and keeps the hole open by preventing weak formations from collapsing i.e caving in the hole. High strength fast make up connectors are welded with casing pipes and are designed for use in offshore or onshore operations, where rig cost and environment conditions dictate the use of high strength connectors. UDT offers three types of connectors: Leopard, Swift and Lynx.
The range of casing pipe supplied by UDT are of OD sizes 18.625” to 36” and covering the full range of pipe wall thicknesses. We can also manufacture larger OD sizes, if required by the customer. Casing Pipes can be supplied with both Product Specification Level (PSL-1 & PSL-2). These pipes are procured from reputed mills having valid API 5L license.
